Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the vinyl records or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all protective sleeves and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 5-7 business days.
